Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made to Verma Solar — GSTIN 22AIVPV8856E1ZI, Udyam Registration UDYAM-CG-15-0036585, having its office at Utsav Town, 4th Floor, House No. 506, Basantpur, Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh 491441 — towards booking, advance, milestone or final payment for rooftop solar installation, AMC, repair, consultancy or any related service.
1. No-refund policy
All amounts paid to Verma Solar — whether as booking fee, advance, milestone payment, balance payment or any other consideration — are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies irrespective of the stage of the project, including but not limited to:
- before or after the site survey is conducted;
- before or after design approval and material procurement;
- before or after installation, commissioning or subsidy disbursement;
- change of mind, change of property, sale of premises or family decision;
- delays caused by the customer, DISCOM, MNRE, force majeure or third parties;
- rejection, reduction or delay of subsidy by the Government.
2. Cancellation
You may request cancellation in writing at any time by emailing vermasolar2026@gmail.com. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid. Any materials already procured against your order shall either remain with Verma Solar or, at our discretion, be delivered to you at site against the balance payment due.
3. Subsidy disbursal
The PM Surya Ghar Central Financial Assistance (up to ₹78,000) and Chhattisgarh State top-up (up to ₹30,000) are credited directly by the Government into the customer's bank account registered on the National Portal. Verma Solar neither receives nor retains any subsidy on your behalf, and is not liable for any delay, reduction or rejection of subsidy by the authorities.
4. Failed / duplicate online payments
In the limited case where a payment is debited from your account but does not reflect in our records (e.g. gateway failure, duplicate transaction), please write to us within 7 days with the transaction reference and proof of debit. After verification with our bank/gateway, any genuinely failed/duplicate transaction will be reversed to the original payment instrument within 10–14 working days. This is the only situation in which monies are returned.
5. Warranty claims
Defects in equipment are addressed through repair or replacement under the applicable manufacturer warranty and our workmanship warranty. Warranty claims do not give rise to any monetary refund.
6. Acceptance
By making any payment to Verma Solar — online or offline — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy in full.
